Speller stops at each occurrence of double wordsdue to design.
Cause:
Word is designed to flag duplicate words that appear side by side and will prompt during spell check to 'Ignore'.
Solution:
Select the duplicate words, and format them as '(no proofing)'.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'New...'. (The New dialog box appears.)
2) In the blank document window, type the words that need to be doubled.
EXAMPLE: Reed, Reed & Robinson
3) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Language...'. (The Language dialog box appears.)
4) Select '(no proofing)' from the 'Mark Selected Text As' list box.
5) Click 'OK'.
